What we collect

Registration details (company, contact name, e-mail, phone, TRN), requests for quotation, orders and the documents that follow from them, and messages you send us by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Why

To verify trade accounts, prepare quotations, deliver orders, issue tax invoices and meet our accounting and tax record duties.

Who sees it

Our staff on a need-to-know basis, and service providers that host or deliver our systems. We do not sell personal data. Your prices and documents are visible to your company's logins only.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion of your personal data at our contact address. Records we must keep by law are retained for the statutory period.
